Oh Dear!

Technology never ceases to amaze me, I find myself needing it everyday and when I decided to upgrade my internet, who knew this would start the ball rolling to my worse nightmare? First, our phone was cut off, and then we were given someone else number?? Fortunately they had a mobile number so most of the people calling for them where still able to contact them, although I can tell you they were just as unhappy about this as we were. Because our number had been changed (without our permission) we also lost internet. Nightmare of nightmares, especially on the brink of the launch to the new catalogue.

I can tell you, there has a been a lot of phone calls and a lot of raised voices at people telling us what had happened wasn’t their fault.. um, excuse me, if not you then who? You are the one that flicked the switch, your the one in control of our phone/internet, who should we be blaming then please?

Ok, well we have our phone back, and yes our internet too, but it’s still slow, so let’s hope they upgrade us soon and don’t stuff up again!
